Furniture delivery
A delivery team has arrived with the sofa you ordered, and they're at your door. You practise it as a real conversation, at whichever of the four levels fits you — the room and the steps stay the same, only the words get harder.

What you have to do
Receive the delivery, check it's the right item, say where it goes, and sign for it. You finish the lesson by getting there in conversation — not by answering questions about it. Nothing is corrected while you talk; the corrections are collected and handed to you at the end.

Receive the delivery
Say yes, and that you were expecting it.
“Morning! Yes, I was expecting the delivery.”

Check it's right
Confirm it's the right item, or say what you ordered.
“Yes, it's the sofa — that's what I ordered.”

Say where it goes
Say which room it should go in.
“In the living room, please.”

Ask about assembly
Say what you'd like done with the packaging.
“Please take the box away.”

Sign for it
Check it's all right, and sign for the delivery.
“Where do I sign? Thanks very much!”
